Return Policy

The right to return orders is guaranteed in the following cases:

If the product was delivered to you incorrectly by the store.
If the product is defective, it will arrive.
If the product is completely damaged.
If the product is damaged during shipping.

This is done within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing us at info@inpaket.com, attaching the necessary photos of the order and an explanation of the damage present in the order. The money is compensated after the product is withdrawn to the company’s warehouses, after which the stage of replacing the product or the right to a refund for the order begins.

The money is refunded exclusively to the account from which it was paid.

There is no return of orders at all after receiving the order, unless the order has damage according to the points mentioned previously.

When the damaged order is returned, it must contain the attached invoice and be returned in full along with the packaging content, and the customer will bear the full cost of returning it to the company’s warehouses.

Cancelation Policy

The customer can cancel his order within 24 hours;

The customer cannot cancel the order after it has been shipped and sent with the delivery company.

 

Refunds will be returned to the payment solution the customer initially used. Please allow sometimes up to 45 days for the refund transfer to complete.
